The Saby Charitable Foundation was established in 2002 and focuses on improving the health, well being and physical development of children in Kazakhstan. The charity also runs initiatives to improve access to education.
The Saby Foundation works with some of the most vulnerable people in Kazakhstan and works with organisations across the country that support orphans and children without parental care, talented children from vulnerable families, children with serious health problems, and children with disabilities.
The Central Asian Institute for Ecological Research (CAIER) was established in 2012. Their research focusses on developing new ecological and biotechnologies in the fields of fish-science, genetics and environmental monitoring.
